How much does delivery cost?
Our delivery fees are calculated at the shopping cart stage, based on items ordered and the courier bag size required. Your item will be tracked and require a signature.
How long does delivery take?
We send orders via tracked courier. Orders are fulfilled on Tuesday & Wednesday (orders placed Thursday-Monday will not be fulfilled until the following Tuesday). Most orders reach their destination within 3 - 5 working days, but it can take longer due to current staffing issues and busy periods like Christmas. An email will be sent to you with a tracking number. If goods do not arrive please contact the courier directly. Notify us and we will activate an enquiry also.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally, but please contact us to find out more.
To be eligible for a return please email us using the form on this page (or directly to firstname.lastname@example.org) we will endeavour to remedy this for you. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned to us within 30 days along with proof of purchase (receipt).
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Refunds (if applicable)
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. All prices are given in New Zealand dollars and include G.S.T. unless otherwise stated.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Gift items (if applicable)
If the item was purchased as a gift, any exchange or refund due or items replaced will be sent to the gift giver.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Cinco Cine Film Productions, PO Box 78303, Grey Lynn, Auckland, 1245, New Zealand. If you wish to courier the item please email email@example.com for the physical address.
Returns are your responsibility until they have reached our warehouse, so we recommend using a tracked courier to ensure safe delivery. Courier/freighting/posting/shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please ensure you review your item as soon as you receive it to ensure it has arrived safely and in good order.
